It is equipped with a two-lane screen, as well as a multi-color touch screen. There are two auditoriums that seat 800 people each. This building is located at the Malate District and is open everyday except on Mondays.

* Philippine Assembly Rooms – This building was built in 2009 and is located at the Malate District and can be an excellent venue for meetings and events. It can be used as a venue for conferences, seminars, banquets, and similar events. It has two auditoriums that seat 800 people each.
